As an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), I provide personalized, evidence-based feeding support for you and your baby. My goal is to support, educate, empower, and collaborate with families as we work together toward achieving your unique feeding goals.

I have been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2008, gaining experience across a variety of healthcare settings before discovering my passion for maternity, newborn, and lactation care. In 2018, I became an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), allowing me to specialize in supporting families through their infant feeding journeys.

For over 8 years, I have been providing private lactation care to families throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. I take a compassionate, holistic, and individualized approach, recognizing that every parent, baby, and feeding experience is unique. Whether you are navigating breastfeeding challenges, pumping, bottle feeding, infant oral function concerns, or simply seeking reassurance and education, I am here to provide knowledgeable and supportive guidance.

My passion for maternal and infant health inspires me to continually expand my knowledge and bring current, evidence-based practices to the families I support.
